  I'm currently building a home. Technical difficulties have arisen and our schedule was pushed back. It's okay though because they really try to work with you to get you exactly what you want and nothing less. They are a sales minded company and will push the sale of the entire row which can change the delivery date. It's stressful being a first time home buyer and it will be a long process building a home. If you don't want to wait and are looking to get in quickly (5 month or less) there are a lot of factors that may push your delivery date so be aware of that. But it's a great, quiet, charming community. The houses are beautiful and everyone who moves in says it is well worth it. I can't wait to get into my home!
