  Do not ever use this business. Ever. If your home warranty company assigns them to you, ask for a different contractor. The did not return my phone call for 29 days. Literally. We contacted them September 3 because our air conditioning unit failed. After 6 days, yes SIX of non stop phone calls, emails and messages, no one had called us back or offered to give us a time. They simply said "someone will call you back with an appointment time" which blew my mind because they if the receptionist could not schedule me a time then what what the point of having one? We finally got approved by our home warranty company to seek our own AC repair company. Kellam Heating and Cooling answered their phone and offered to schedule an immediate inspection. Within half an hour, we had a technician in our back yard, who also called prior to let us know he was coming, even after the receptionist confirmed it. good service from Kellam, so go with them. These people are a joke. Also, check their Yelp reviews. Pathetic.
